Production cycle:

Quality Control
•  We invest in good quality rather then pay for poor quality.

We add value by creating a committed culture to quality.

We believe quality control begins with the selection of raw materials; therefore,
our suppliers are considered partners in the quality effort.

Our employees are trained and skillfully manipulate updated machines and tools.

•  We have clear work instructions for efficient production and defects elimination.

•  Quality verifications are executed at the end of every production process.

Flexibility, efficiency and punctuality in our production process allow us to meet
    our customer's needs.

Design
Our designers enjoy working on one of the most advanced and specialized softwares in socks design; it is compatible with all socks knitting machines.
We monitor constantly fashion changes to inform our customers with developments and to introduce new designs. In addition, EblaSox catalogues are created to present to potential customers.

Raw Materials
To ensure high quality products, we use the internationally famous Syrian cotton. Syrian cotton is considered one of highest quality in the world; it is one of the main comparative advantages we enjoy.
Other Syrian yarns are used as well as foreign imported yarns (unavailable in Syrian market).
All yarn is tested and examined before final use in the production process.
Our attention to details begins with preferably using natural yarns such as cotton, mercerized cotton, wool and other.

Knitting
Our knitting machines (Italian & Korean made) are divided in gauges 24-36-48 and 54, they manufacture articles in ribbing, links and jacquard for all kinds of socks. These machines are 180 & 224 needles machines for men socks knitting and 108 & 160 needles for children, women and casual socks knitting. After knitting, each sock is manually checked for any defects.

Toe Sewing
Socks are toed in two methods; manually or by a group of machines of various gages (Rosso). The process is followed by quality control where each pair is manually checked.

Ironing and Pairing
Socks are ironed in two methods, the traditional electric shapes without steam and steaming machines. Chosen ironing method depends on customer request.
Each sock is checked and then is followed by the pairing process. Quality control involves pair verification for identical lengths and any other defects.

Packaging
Pairs are folded, labeled, elegantly placed in bunches of 12 or 6 pairs and placed in boxes. Labels and boxes are custom made in any language or shape depending on client request.
